About us

We have chosen to specialize within the hospitality industry. Our objective is to be recognized as the company that promotes the finest hotels, resorts and residence clubs in Southern Africa and to ensure that we organize events to be remembered We are a free venue finding service to our clients and market over 1 000 conferences, function and accommodation venues across South Africa and neighboring countries. With our extensive variety of hotels and lodges we can accommodate any size of event or conference from a 5 member executive meetings to over 1000 delegates product lunches and workshops. We can arrange site inspections at any venue you request and will collect you from your office and take you back should you require this service. We have a large government and corporate client database and we have a Level 4 contributor with a B-BBEE Procurement Recognition Level of 100%. We are registered with Randwater, Nestle, Total SA, Eskom, Department of Labor, Datacentrix to name a few, we are also in the process of being registered with Gauteng Shared Services and this should be done by next week.

We strive to find you the right venue for your specific needs. Upon receiving a request from you we will immediately start working on your enquiry and within 3-6 hours you will have at least four quotes from various venues in the area you requested.

Our Publication

About the book

As Streamline Venues are joint owners in a design studio and a printing company we decided to launch a unique directory consisting of most of the venues in and around South Africa as part of our strategy to create media and digital publications to service the industry. The Book is a comprehensive Hotel, Conference and Exhibition Venue Directory with its pilot issue launching end of March 2013. We will print 3000 high quality A4 size directories which will consist of between 400-600 pages packed with information about suppliers, hotels, conference and exhibition venues and other related services. We aim do a print run of 10 000 copies on our second issue which will then be distributed to all of our clients and various other distribution platforms set up.



We aim to list between 1500 to 2000 venues in our directory which will be updated annually. We offer free listings to all the venues. These listings will have the essential venue information to ensure that the audience gets to see basic venue information quickly and easily. We then also offer 3 paid listing options, 3rd page listing, half page listing and a full page listing. Each of the paid listing options offer you, the client a bigger space in The Book to showcase your venue in all its glory. Kindly have a look at the attached document which will show you all the listing options, specifications on each listing and the pricing.

We have a list of companies across South Africa with PO Box address and contact people that we will also be posting copies of the directory to.


We are also going to be displaying copies of the publication at all the various events and shows to be held throughout next year and we are also sending copies to some of the international companies and suppliers we have done business with in the past.


In addition to the above mentioned distribution process we will also be supplying The Book to venues like yours who have paid for listings and adverts and The Book will also be supplied to PCO's and Travel agents that work with venues like yours on a daily basis.


We are also in the process of building a brand new website which will be launched alongside The Book next Year March. This site will list all the venues published in our book and will offer comprehensive information on all these venues. We will also publish a digital edition of The Book that will be available on our website. We are very excited to offer various other services on our website which will include services not yet offered by other companies in the industry and this will ensure loads of traffic on our site. Links to our website will be emailed to all our various emailing list to ensure we get traffic from day one.
